Schedule a Pickup
For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate a professional courier collection; for smaller accents, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
